30-50 Miles: $60

51-70 Miles: $125

71-100 Miles:$185

Payment Policy

A credit/debit card is required to schedule the appointment, and a deposit is required to hold
the date. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to make other payment
arrangements. Dates cannot be held without payment in full, a deposit, or a payment
arrangement that has been agreed upon. Our typical service area is within Indianapolis, IN.
If you are further away, we would still be happy to serve you! There is an additional Fuel
SurCharge for events scheduled outside of Indpls.

Policies:

When booking, the Customer authorizes GameStar to charge a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the quoted price to reserve the event. Online bookings are for private, small events (20 participants or fewer). These pricing packages are not valid for larger group or public events. For large event options, please contact us directly to ensure we can provide an exceptional GameStar experience for you and your guests.Failure to comply with booking policies will result in your slot being RESERVED, not SECURED.

Cancellation Policy:Due to high demand for reserved times, cancellations within 14 days of the event or no-shows will result in the full remaining balance being due.

Coupon Disclaimer:

This information is provided by Gamestar Indy, and we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct. Any online coupons (such as Groupon, Living Socials, etc.) will have special times available for Video Game parties. In the event that a time is requested other than the times allotted for the coupon, Package prices may apply. There may be a $50.00 upcharge in this scenario, depending on the selected package. All upcharges must be made in the form of a deposit to acquire the desired time slot. No Holidays – Marketing coupons may not be applied to regular Package prices.
